Membership

We are affiliated to Old Mutual Sports Club and as such a portion of your membership fee (R185) is paid over to them. So you become not only a member of OMSAC, but also a member of Old Mutual Sports Club along with all their associated benefits too!

Our clubhouse is located at the Old Mutual Golf Club (Mupine) facility in Pinelands. We open the club most Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm.

From gear and training to social events, we try to provide an environment that will increase your awareness, knowledge and confidence while keeping safety top of mind.

Some of the benefits of belonging OMSAC are:

• Meet with other scuba divers to share experiences & knowledge
• Dive with experienced divers
• Organised weekly dives (depending on the weather of course!), either shore entry or boat dives
• Gear rental and air fills at unbeatable rates
• Social events, presentations, lectures, guest speakers and weekends away
• Courses organised on request, such as Advanced, Rescue, Nitrox, Compressor operator, etc.
• Relationships with local dive shops & operators provide discount on scuba gear purchases and boat dives.
